Project Management and Inspection:

• Co-ordination with contractor/sub-contractor in all phases of work, review of submittals and all other documents pertaining to the project.
• Monitoring project costs, cost variations due to changes in work quantum if required.
• Verifying work progress and contractors' invoices.
• Participation in the routine progress review meetings and other meetings required in connection with the on-going monitored projects in order to identify and resolve bottlenecks and to ensure smooth progress.
• Preparing and updating progress reports.
• Supervision of site works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review/approval of welding procedures and welder qualifications.
• Production welding QC and co-ordination with inspection agencies for DNT.
• Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance Plan by contractor/sub-contractors.
• Provide technical liaison between various vendors and contractors.
